We believe that this century presents humanity with great threats, and with incredible opportunities.

Our future depends on how we respond.

These organisations take various forms— the United Nations; international organisations; NGOs; community based organisations; campaigning organisations and think tanks.

They are all vital to our common future.

Oxford Change Management exists to help them succeed and be truly effective in a rapidly changing world.

We are a group of people who came together because we know how powerful organisations can be, because we have the skills to help them, and because we have long experience of working in this sector.

We exist to help organisations change, so that they can change the world.
